Jake Heath
Jake Heath, BSc (Hons), MSK Extended Scope Podiatrist – Elite Sports Specialist & Clinical Director
With over 16 years’ experience spanning the NHS and high-performance private practice, Jake H. stands at the forefront of sports and biomechanical podiatry. As Clinical Director of Foot Suite, he leads a team combining compassion with cutting-edge precision to deliver bespoke gait, strength and orthotic solutions.
Jake’s expertise is recognised globally; he partners with leading clinicians in Spain and France, supports Premier League clubs and Olympic squads, and serves as the Chief Podiatrist for the Marathon des Sables.
As an accomplished adventurer, he also holds two Guinness World Records in ocean rowing — a testament to his dedication to pushing boundaries.
Elected to the Royal College of Podiatry Council in 2023, Jake champions innovation, clinical excellence, and the integration of elite sports science into broad-based podiatric care — from diabetes and paediatrics to fall prevention. He is also pursuing a professional doctorate to advance evidence-based practice in the field further. College of Podiatry

Jake Gillett
Jake Gillett is an enthusiastic podiatrist with specialist expertise in biomechanics, sports injuries, and rehabilitation. He combines evidence-based practice with a deep understanding of movement mechanics, developed through both advanced clinical training and his own active lifestyle across running, cycling, swimming, squash, skiing, and climbing.
A BSc (Hons) Podiatry graduate from the University of Southampton, Jake works within the Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust, managing a varied caseload including high-risk diabetic foot care, orthotic prescription, and minor surgical procedures. His role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, from surgical podiatrists to diabetic foot MDTs, ensuring holistic patient care.
Committed to lifelong learning, Jake has volunteered at major endurance events including the London Marathon and Marathon des Sables, and will begin his MSc in Podiatric Sports and Exercise Medicine at Queen Mary University in 2025. His blend of biomechanical expertise, sporting insight, and patient-centred care makes him a trusted practitioner for both prevention and advanced rehabilitation.
Bakari Simons
Bakari graduated from the University College of Osteopathy. His foundation in Sport and Exercise Science coupled with his Masters in Osteopathy has given him an awareness and understanding of human anatomy and physiology, in addition to providing a hands-on skill set that allows him to assess, treat, and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
His Fellowship in Applied Functional Science has given him an in-depth understanding of human movement and sports performance. He has a comprehensive approach that allows him to deliver truly individualised and authentic care to his clients, in addition to creating bespoke patient centred treatment plans that are effective in the treatment and management of spine and work-related injuries.
With 500+ hours of post graduate mentorship in chain reaction biomechanics, neuromotor control, and load tolerance progressions, he combines the principles, strategies, and techniques of AFS with on-field practicality to give his elite athletes a competitive edge.
As a primary contact healthcare practitioner, his goal is to aid individuals by transforming the biomechanics and bioenergetic functions of the human body, to support musculoskeletal health and resilience against common illness. To optimise human function, he seeks to explore influential factors such as stress threshold, food & nutrition, sleep, human movement, and recovery strategies.
Dhruv Jogia
Mr Jogia is a Specialist in Podiatric Sports Medicine. Podiatric Sports Medicine is a specialism in the management of sporting and musculoskeletal injuries.
He completed his Bachelor of Science honours degree in Podiatric Medicine in London and has since held NHS posts. He secured a junior role at Guys and Thomas’s Trust in London where he was quick to be recognised for his skills of managing patients well and given the opportunity to assist in the surgical team. He progressed and continued to work within the NHS and evolved within a multidisciplinary team as podiatrist specialising in Podiatric Sports Medicine / MSK.
He completed his post-graduate qualification from the William Harvey Research Institute (Queen Mary University, London) in Podiatric Sports Medicine. He has taught undergraduate and postgraduate students throughout the years.
Dhruv Jogia was awarded Fellowship of Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons (Glasgow) in 2024.
He is passionate about education and bringing a national change with a global impact. He is an executive board member of Podiatric Sports Medicine SAG (Royal College of Podiatry) and has been appointed as Education Officer. His role involves curating and hosting a monthly educational series of online lectures bringing world class speakers together to speak on topics involving Podiatric Sports Medicine. He also was a part of a UK university tour teaching undergraduate students about the podiatric sports medicine specialism at top podiatry universities in UK. He lectured at QMUL 2022 on podiatric sports medicine MSc course delivering foot and ankle lecture. He has been a Chair at Annual Podiatric Sports Medicine Conference in London 2023.
As part of his NHS role he is a team lead is part of the national clinical education faculty. He teaches on the graduate development programs nationally. He teaches as part of in-service training for his department and facilitates placements and professional shadowing.
He has represented Podiatry in Parliament many times. He was appointed as Podiatry representative for ‘All Parliamentary Group for Diabetes’ and was invited to House of Commons to meet ex Mr. Speaker John Bercow and Celebrity Chef Ainsely Harriet discussed about podiatry, growing MSK conditions, public health, education, diabetes and diet. He was the only podiatrist representing MSK Podiatry at MSK Reform UK Parliament event in October 2019. He continues his passion of promoting Podiatry and teaches about the diabetic for charitable causes.
